JTB Business Travel, a travel management company (TMC), has sealed a partnership for Spotnana to provide it with a “next-generation booking platform.”

By using Spotnana’s cloud-based travel platform, the TMC, which is part of JTB USA, is looking to modernize business travel processes.

JTB strategic partners, including Copenhagen-based Goodwings, which recently received investment from JTB USA, will also benefit from the Spotnana partnership, according to a statement.

“Too often in the travel industry, cutting-edge technology and service excellence are mutually exclusive,” said Tosh Tatezawa, president and CEO of JTB USA. “Today’s business travelers need the most advanced tech tools and superb service, all working seamlessly together.”

Geert de Boo, who manages the JTB business travel network, added, “Now our clients will have fully integrated, innovative technology to power their specific travel program goals and needs, promoting operational ease, cost savings and sustainability.”

The news follows Spotnana’s addition of a meetings and events booking solution.
