April is bringing some exciting movies, which, along with some of March’s most popular releases, can be enjoyed in theaters right now. After a couple of tough years due to the COVID-19 pandemic, 2023 was a great year for cinema, with massive box-office successes like Barbie and Oppenheimer, and critically acclaimed stories like Martin Scorsese’s Killers of the Flower Moon. 2024 also has various highly-anticipated movies coming up, of which some can be currently enjoyed in theaters.

March brought some long-awaited movies, such as Denis Villeneuve’s Dune: Part 2, along with sequels like Kung Fu Panda 4 and Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire and massive adventures like Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire. Some of these stories can still be enjoyed in theaters, and joining them this week is Guy Ritchie’s latest project, a horror movie about a girl who is everything but ordinary, and the true story of a cycling team.

Based on the 2014 book Churchill’s Secret Warriors: The Explosive True Story of the Special Forces Desperadoes of WWII by Damien Lewis, The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare follows the Special Operations Executive, a covert British World War II organization formed at the instigation of Winston Churchill to conduct espionage and sabotage in Nazi-occupied Europe. This one-of-a-kind crew of rogues and mavericks is then sent on a daring mission against the Nazis, using the most unconventional and “ungentlemanly” fighting techniques.
